Shipping Policy -How we get products to Customers
We have 48 to 72 hours handling time before our products are shipped out. Our team tries it's best to ship out your purchases within 24 hours or next day. If the purchase falls on a Saturday after 11 am, we will ship the product out on Monday. Our products usually take 4 to 17 business days for delivery.
There is free shipping for all United States orders only.
There is a flat rate of $USD 15 for orders outside of the United States, and free shipping for orders over $USD50.

Our Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request and start a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please fill out the tracking form for a guaranteed return. We need the tracking number to process the return.
Remember,products must be in new and unused condition.
Products with a Custom Logo are not returnable.
Refunds will be applied to the credit card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the product.
